If it has something to do with communication, we probably do it or have an association with someone who does. Within this industry, terminology can vary from region to region and even company to company, which can make it confusing. Marketing vs. public relations or interactive vs. online, and media buy vs. media relations. So, we don’t get hung up on jargon.

Instead, we use an integrated approach to communication, which simply means looking at the big picture and incorporating all the strategies and tools needed to reach a client’s goals, regardless of what they may be called. Many of our clients have a Kentucky connection, since that’s where we’re located. But technology has removed such arbitrary borders as states, so location is not a significant factor.

We recognize the commitment to supplier diversity corporations and government agencies embrace today, and we can add diversity to your supply chain.

Listen
Research is the starting point. It can be as informal as listening to people within your place of business or as formal as a quantitative phone or online survey. We start by listening to what you want to accomplish and what you believe to be the roadblocks. There is a wealth of information online, if you know where to look, so often we tap into existing information to save time. Baseline data not only lets us know where we’re starting, it helps track progress and guides our messaging.
Plan
Some plans are developed over many months, others on the fly. Either way, using the time you have to focus on the most important objectives and the best ways to achieve them with available resources pays off. Planning is all about options and making decisions. What do we need to do, when, where, why, how and for how much? The more we know, the better we can develop a plan that works over time.
Communicate
Whether the plan calls for a mix of communication media or only one, we all want our voices to be heard. No longer can people sit on the sidelines and expect customers and other audiences to come to them. We have to be where they are. Social media, well-targeted advertising, news, and face-to-face meetings: You are only as relevant as your last interaction. We help keep you relevant.
