As a Storyteller and Creative Content Strategist, Mallory has more than 13 years of experience helping organizations tell stories that inspire trust, build connection, and drive results. With experience across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, and tech, she creates and leads content strategies that bring brand stories to life and engage audiences in authentic, impactful ways.

Mallory began her career in journalism as a TV news anchor and reporter. She combines a journalist’s curiosity with a strategist’s focus to bring clarity, credibility, and authenticity to complex ideas. At TimelyCare, she led media relations and content strategy during a period of rapid growth, helping shape the company’s national reputation as higher education’s most trusted virtual care provider. She directed initiatives that aligned thought leadership, earned media, and stakeholder storytelling to strengthen visibility and credibility across key audiences. Mallory previously served as a Public Relations Officer for the University of Kentucky, where her patient-centered and research-driven stories earned regional and national recognition, while advancing the mission of the university and UK HealthCare.
