What drove you to get into this business?

At 16, I started an Otis Spunkmeyer® cookie business to fund my high school club’s trip to a conference. After presenting to the school board, handling tricky logistics like where on campus to keep the oven and marketing (a lot of) cookies, I made enough to cover the cost of travel and registration for everyone. It was the first time I realized the power of a goal paired with great marketing and I never turned back.

What is your approach for ensuring exceptional client service?

Keeping purpose at the center of decision making and, of course, excellent communication.

In your opinion, what makes a great brand?

A great brand has an authentic and consistent voice that inspires credibility, engagement, and a positive reputation.

What do you admire most in other people?


When you're not working, what do you do for fun?

I most enjoy being outdoors. On the weekends you’ll find me camping, hiking, and attempting to kayak faster than my husband.
