CASE STUDY

GOALS

We have conducted two separate research studies for LEX. The goals were: to learn more about LEX travelers’ preferences regarding parking while traveling by air, and to explore and document how people in the region travel and make travel-related decisions.

APPROACH

With our client, we developed the methodologies for these studies. Both included online research to gather broad data. The travel decision study included a series of focus groups with business and leisure travelers. Both also included intercept interviews, one at the airport and the other at a public event in downtown Lexington.

PRODUCT

The client received quantitative and qualitative information to better understand customers’ wants, needs and behaviors. The data, narrative report and charts were provided in comprehensive reports and presented to the client through in-person meetings.
