GOAL

The KMA sought to modernize its Board of Directors’ operations and communications.

APPROACH

Wiser Strategies facilitated a yearlong strategic planning program, conducted a communication audit, brand refresh, and created a marketing plan. In addition, we developed and distributed news releases and conducted communication seminars for committees and member physicians.

OUTCOMES

The KMA Board of Directors made significant updates in its procedures and adopted newer forms of communication. In addition, the brand refresh helped new, digital communications convey a more contemporary message and image for the organization.
